Our self-catering waterside holiday rentals are all fully furnished with modern appliances and facilities to ensure business travellers and holiday makers enjoy a comfortable home-from-home stay in the wonderful Corton seaside village located on the Suffolk coastline.

Our cleaning service is at your disposal for tailored cleans with bedding and towel change, or we can provide a cleaning service to suit any individual needs. Well behaved pets are welcome at our holiday homes.

All our properties are decorated with modern seaside themes and well maintained. Professional tenancy contracts to protect you, all-inclusive prices, one location and one point of contact.

With various properties available, we can take the strain from any workload. We put customer satisfaction first and do our best to accommodate guests’ individual needs. We love to get your feedback after your great holidays.

Things to do

Corton is a small coastal village on the Suffolk/Norfolk border. Nearby are the long, golden sandy beaches of Lowestoft and Gorleston-on-sea.

Places to eat

There are various pubs and restaurants within a short drive of our properties, some offer takeaway service.

Location

The properties are just a 2 minutes walk from Corton village and the beach. The village has a charming pub and a delicious Chinese takeaway.

  • It was very warm and cosy. It was lovely to have a tumble dryer for the clothes for when we came back after a wet bike ride. The swimming pool was great. It was busy at the weekend but very quiet during the week. We ate one meal in the restaurant which was nice. All the staff were so helpful and pleasant. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Someone was out regularly picking up litter. Being November it was very quiet, I would recommend the property.

  • Absolutely loved our stay at villa 109 on waterside park Corton. On-site facilities were great and although one row back from the cliff we could hear the sea from the terrace and front bedroom. The white horse pub over the road we highly recommend so friendly and accommodating our dairy-free requests. A very peaceful little village base within easy reach of lots of locations, can’t wait to return to Villa 109. Mrs Anna Powell.

  • Sue and I had a lovely week in Villa 109, which was really well equipped, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable.
    Dog friendly site, all kept on leads and the beach was great for walking! Good children’s play area and beautiful covered swimming pool.

  • It was compact and cosy, with everything needed for our stay. One bedroom had a curtain at the front which our daughter particularly liked. The owners text to check we were ok and answer any questions we had. We would definitely come back again.

  • Villa 109, a lovely clean, spacious, well equipped, well presented two storey villa. Corton is a beautiful little village and the Waterside Park site is lovely, great grounds and swimming pool! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

  • Fantastic weekend in villa 109. Beautifully clean and well equipped. Close to great beach walks, pub and shop. Club house with live entertainment. Super view from the upstairs balcony off of the master bedroom. Gated downstairs terrace so great for dogs!
