My wife booked this for my birthday. What a lovely relaxing property this is. Spacious well looked after with amazing attention to detail. A lovely present awaited our arrival, and the massive 10 metre walk to the restaurant, which was also superb and friendly. Only complaint couldn’t walk off the dinner on the return trip.

It was very warm and cosy. It was lovely to have a tumble dryer for the clothes for when we came back after a wet bike ride. The swimming pool was great. It was busy at the weekend but very quiet during the week. We ate one meal in the restaurant which was nice. All the staff were so helpful and pleasant. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Someone was out regularly picking up litter. Being November it was very quiet, I would recommend the property.

I’ve just returned home from staying at Villa 109 for my birthday. It was amazing and I absouluty loved it. Thankyou so much Tracey and thankyou for my card and present. Villa 109, a lovely clean, spacious, well equipped, well presented two storey villa. Corton is a beautiful little village and the Waterside Park site is lovely, great grounds and swimming pool! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

We stayed in villa 109, it was far beyond our expectations on every level. We are a family of 6 and found it plenty spacious enough and extremely well equipped to meet all of our needs for the duration of our stay. There was so much attention to detail and lots of lovely little extras which made it feel like the owners really go the extra mile for their guests. It was squeaky clean and the decor absolutely lovely, it was a so nice to be in such attractive surroundings. The villa is in such a great location with lovely sea views and right near to all the amenities. We loved it here, would absolutely recommend.

It was compact and cosy, with everything needed for our stay. One bedroom had a curtain at the front which our daughter particularly liked. The owners text to check we were ok and answer any questions we had. We would definitely come back again.

Sue and I had a lovely week in Villa 109, which was really well equipped, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable.
Dog friendly site, all kept on leads and the beach was great for walking! Good children’s play area and beautiful covered swimming pool.

Fantastic weekend in villa 109. Beautifully clean and well equipped. Close to great beach walks, pub and shop. Club house with live entertainment. Super view from the upstairs balcony off of the master bedroom. Gated downstairs terrace so great for dogs!

Just had a lovely long weekend in Villa 109. Lovely peaceful and relaxing site. Great little play area for our 5 year old and although only a small swimming pool it was ideal for our 5 year old. Very spacious, well presented accommodation (5 of us stayed in the Villa and there was plenty of room). Lovely little touches added to the villa which make it very homely. Really couldn’t fault it and our 5 year old loved spending time with her grandma and paps at Joyland and Pettitts. Would certainly recommend and if going to the area again would book.

Absolutely loved our stay at villa 109 on waterside park Corton. On-site facilities were great and although one row back from the cliff we could hear the sea from the terrace and front bedroom. The white horse pub over the road we highly recommend so friendly and accommodating our dairy-free requests. A very peaceful little village base within easy reach of lots of locations, can’t wait to return to Villa 109. Mrs Anna Powell.

Just had a fabulous week in Bungalow 14! The bungalow was perfect for my elderly parents, and having 3 bedrooms meant our daughter could also spend a few days with us and her grandparents too.
The bungalow was spotlessly clean and so warm and cosy. There was everything we could possibly need there (oh apart from a corkscrew, but the local pub saved the day and lent us one till we could pick one up!)
The sea views... we really couldn’t be closer to the sea! The staff around site were all lovely and friendly. The swimming pool looks fantastic although we never got around to using it. Fantastic breakfast in Coast bar before leaving, and enjoyed a couple of evenings in the bar during the week. Perfectly situated for local supermarkets if self-catering.
The bus stopped outside the site heading both up towards Great Yarmouth and beyond and down to Lowestoft, and was frequent and ran late into the evening. We enjoyed a lovely evening at the small retro cinema in Lowestoft, and a meal out at the White Horse pub across the road.
We’ve visited some beautiful towns, and managed a couple of really lovely walks at Beccles, and a stunning walk from Southwold and around Walberswick, over the marshes and along the beach.
The hosts were excellent with communication and sent a very comprehensive guide to the bungalow and the area before we arrived. We would love to return another time, there’s so much more of the area to explore, I’m sure we will be back again.
